COVID VACCINE INFORMATION FOR AGE 65 AND UP

  • You can go to any county for your COVID vaccination, so check surrounding counties for possible appointment

  • Anyone can get vaccines at WakeMed, Duke or UNC - you do not have to be a patient there to get a vaccine there.

  • If you try to schedule by phone, be prepared to wait a long time - make a cup of coffee and read a good book while you wait.

This website gives a county by county list of vaccination sites and this list will be updated regularly as more locations open up: https://covid19.ncdhhs.gov/findyourspot
